We’re in search of a extremely motivated and skilled Director of Worker and Labour Relations to affix the distinctive Human Assets, Well being Security and Surroundings (HRHSE) staff. The Director, Worker and Labour Relations leads the Worker and Labour Relations staff. The Director gives worker and labour relations assist to the Vice-President, College Companies and Finance, the Provost and Vice-President, Educational, the Affiliate Vice-President, HRHSE and senior management throughout the College. The Director acts because the escalation level for extremely delicate and complicated employment points and is accountable for figuring out and mitigating cultural, authorized and reputational dangers.
