We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager for a growing and expanding Dental Lab. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who is experienced in managing an online presence through various social media platforms. You will serve as a trusted advisor to implement marketing strategies for elevating our brand awareness and driving traffic growth. You will be expected to be up-to-date with the latest social media trends, and be able to express our company’s voice in a creative and cohesive manner.

Who is this position for?

The social media manager will be responsible for managing our company’s social media profiles, designing and executing marketing strategies. The successful candidate will consistently develop contents, post, video feeds and engage with our audience. Proficient in the following online and technology related platforms: Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, Linkedin, Instagram, Twitter, Clubhouse, Youtube, Google, Photoshop, Adobe Suite.

Role Entails:

  • Create social media posts for company
  • Help increase the company’s social media presence and gains visibility for the brand
  • Stay current with social media trends and best practices in the Dental field; industry-related articles and manage the aesthetic appearance and engagements of our social media accounts.
  • Take ownership to create, manage and strategize digital marketing campaigns, coordinating administrative tasks, and manage them to completion
  • Highly organized self starter who is also routine oriented, thorough, compliant, self disciplines and accommodating.
  • Tracking and reporting analytics
  • Generating content with strong editing and proofreading skills
  • Ability to create digital media campaigns including graphic designs, videos, and photos
  • Can work from home but will have to go into the office 1 day per week

Requirements:

  • Media, Arts & Design Occupations: 1 Year (preferred)
  • Portfolio of previous work
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and with others
  • Analytical and creative
  • Written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 – 30 per week

Salary: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • OSHAWA, ON L1H 3A7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in OSHAWA, ON L1H 3A7
