We are looking for a motivated and creative digital marketing associate to help implement our sales and marketing initiatives.

About Grype Digital
We build membership websites for associations and member-based nonprofits. Our clients are looking to engage their members, see their membership renewals grow and improve their tech setup. We are a fully remote international team. We offer flexible working hours and a support supportive team. We value investing in our employees’ growth.

Job Responsibilities

  • Strategize and implement our digital marketing efforts.
  • Host and present monthly webinars for our prospects.
  • Create highly-engaging email campaigns.
  • Manage social media accounts.
  • Create marketing content, i.e., blogs, videos, lead magnets, webinar content, graphics.
  • Connect with prospective clients and marketing partners via phone, Zoom and email.
  • Liaise with prospective clients, designers and developers to implement digital programs.
  • Track marketing metrics, KPIs, reports, see trends, pivot accordingly.
  • Present new ideas regularly.

Experience

  • Previous experience in B2B sales and marketing.
  • Outstanding English communication skills.
  • Experience working with member-based organizations.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM systems.
  • Proven ability to create innovative content ideas.
  • Experience with Google Analytics.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and modern web technologies.

  • Creative and not scared to try new things.
  • Have an understanding of the sales process.
  • Have an understanding of what is required for member retention.
  • Confident writer, persuasive writer.
  • An interest in working with clients and the confidence to offer advice to clients.

Preference to Candidates with Experience In:

  • Managing social media accounts.
  • Monitoring professional forums.
  • Sourcing high-profile podcast guests
  • Creating content such as blogs and lead magnets.
  • Creating web pages, webforms and email automations.
  • Presenting webinars with charisma and professionalism and not scared to answer questions you don’t know the answers to.
  • Seeking out partnerships and innovative ways to market our services and products.

Salary: $16.00-$23.00 per hour
