months) Full time- Benefits starting your first day of employment The
core working hours are Monday – Friday 5am – 2pm JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As
a delivery driver with U.S. Venture: You will be responsible for driving
a parcel or cube van delivery truck. The position includes transporting
dry goods. Pulling products or putting them away, and loading and
unloading trucks. You will perform daily deliveries with a set route of
stops. Providing outstanding customer service is essential as a delivery
driver, as you will be the “face” of our company. Giving our customers
an excellent experience is a number one priority for U.S. Venture. Other
responsibilities include collecting cash on delivery and cash orders at
the point of delivery. Drive parcel or cube van and follow all safety
procedures per training manual Pull and/or put away product, load and
unload trucks Provide quality customer service Be proficient and perform
the proper procedures for performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
Keep complete and accurate records and logs of all driving and
deliveries as required. QUALIFICATIONS Must be 21 years old or older
(mandatory company policy) A valid driver’s license and good driving
record Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. Ability to follow instructions and
safe operating procedures Valid DOT medical card or ability to obtain
one during the hiring process Demonstrated ability to provide quality
customer service 1 years’ work experience and satisfactory completion
of company road test by qualified assessor. Ability to be trained and
use powered industrial trucks (forklifts) and high reach lifts, as
required Must meet the physical requirements of the job Successfully
pass a pre-employment drug test (we do not test for THC/marijuana) Our
