Many of the plays developed by Canadian Stage have been awarded and nominated for Canada’s most prestigious literary and performing arts honours, including Governor General’s, Chalmers, and Dora Mavor Moore Awards.ABOUT THE POSITION AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIESThe Data Entry Clerk will perform duties related to the efficient processing and maintenance of purchase orders, employee expenses, vendor bills and vendor payments.This is a permanent, part time position with the option to work remotely except for Wednesdays.Please note: Part Time Permanent (8 to 12 hours per week)Skill Requirements:

  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Numeracy for arithmetic calculations
  • Ease with data systems and data entry
  • Confidentiality
  • Time management to meet deadlines
  • Communication to field inquiries and convey account related information
  • Experience with NetSuite or other ERP system is an asset

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Creation of administration purchase orders as needed for approval
  • Creation of employee expenses, including receipts, of both company credit card and out of pocket items
  • Tracking of employee expense submissions and follow up as needed
  • Receive approved purchase orders and convert to invoices in NetSuite
  • Setup payment file for electronic file transfer
  • Set up new vendors in NetSuite as required
  • General filing including opening mail, scanning documents, distributing to the appropriate party, and electronic filing
