Join us to support our Toronto Team and act as a front-line point-of-contact for our Customers. You will handle among others teaching our customers about our products, invoicing, payment and Customers’ questions and inquiries.We offer 3 months a part-time contract with a possibility to renew cooperation as a full-time employee.In this role, you will:Assist and educate customers on FX data products and services offered by OANDA.Provide advanced troubleshooting assistance to customers having difficulty accessing the FX data API and web tools.Assist the Clients with invoicing, payments and document requests.Work to maintain the standards of the department and ensure that you stay in line with the assigned metrics for the role.What skillset you need, to be successful in this role?University degree completed or in progress, preferably in Finance, Economics, Accountancy area.Fluent English.Availability to work min. 35 hours weekly for 3 months.Previous experience Client facing (Sales / Customer Support) or Accounts Receivable roles will be a plus.Very good communication skills, maturity and responsibility.Ability to work independently and take the initiative.OANDA Global Corporation is a diverse and global team with offices around the world.
