PcVoyages is currently seeking Customer Support Agent. We need a friendly, professional and patient individual with a caring and empathetic phone presence, who is well-equipped to manage high call volumes and treat confidential information with care and discretion. Successful candidate will be well trained to have a strong understanding of the systems and resources available to callers.

Customer Service Agent Position Qualifications:

You have some previous experience with PcVoyages/TravelWorks additional training will be provided

You are customer service driven, professional and courteous with a positive attitude

You are committed to delivering exceptional customer service with empathy and patience

You are able to work remotely

French would be an asset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
