Customer Service / Social Media Assistant

Madison Hair Collection specializes in providing human hair wigs and toppers to women suffering from medical related hair loss.

We are now seeking a part-time remote assistant to help with customer service related inquiries, keeping our social media profiles active, and maintaining the products on the website to account for our weekly product drops.

In this role, you would work from home and be provided a daily task list to be completed. Such duties include:

– Responding to customer service related inquiries via email and IG DM’s
– Moderating our FB group and replying to questions in that group
– Restocking products on our website to prepare for daily product drops
– Using user generated content to create IG stories
– Light video editing work to create short form video from clips we provide
– Posting pre-made reels/carousels on IG and TikTok
– Writing captions for such posts
– Creating additional stories in Canva and with images we provide

To be successful at this role, we are looking for a candidate with the following skills/competencies:
– highly organized
– great attention to detail
– ability to stick to a structured schedule of tasks
– ideally experience with the following applications: Shopify, Canva, InShot, Gorgias (CS platform), IG, TikTok, FB
– ability to deal with a wide variety of customer types

Training on the specifics of our products will be provided. This job would require 2-4 hours of work per day, Monday-Friday. Ideally the work would be done sometime in normal working hours, however we are somewhat flexible and this could be discussed with the successful candidates. We will be using a time tracker for this role.

You will be required to report to our location twice per week on Friday and Monday to pick-up/drop off the work phone (which will store content you will be using throughout the week).

This position has the potential to grow into more hours/responsibilities for the right person as our company grows.
