InGenesis is currently seeking a Customer and Digital Experience Manager to work with our client located in Kirkland, QC. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and enhancing the company’s overall customer journey, with a particular focus on digital channels. This role ensures that customers have a seamless, positive experience across various digital touchpoints, from websites and apps to social media and online support, while aligning these experiences with the brand’s values and goals.

Job Duties
- Digital Transformation & Optimization: Drive digital transformation efforts, integrating new technologies (like AI or CRM tools) to improve user experience and streamline business operations. Oversee digital platform usability, ensuring that user interfaces are easy to navigate and encourage conversions (e.g., purchases or sign-ups).
- Customer experience strategy: Develop and manage a customer experience strategy, especially focusing on digital channels like websites, mobile apps, and social media. Ensure the digital journey is consistent, smooth, and reflects the brand’s values and objectives.
- Data-driven decision making: Use analytics to track user behavior and preferences, adjusting strategies to boost engagement and meet customer needs. Provide insights to the broader team, helping them understand digital engagement metrics and how they relate to commercial goals.
- Maximizing business outcomes: Defining strong goals, KPIs and metrics embedded in the planning and execution, with continuous assessment of performance, identifying opportunities and problematic areas, working towards optimizing the campaigns in a real-time fashion.
- Analyze trends & share insights: Gather and share best practices locally and globally. Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform digital strategies. Provide visibility on impact to broader team and that at various level of the organization.
Competencies:
- Strong understanding of digital trends, SEO/SEM best practices, and user behavior, social media, CRM and email best practices.
- Current with the latest trends and best practices in marketing, digital marketing, data-driven marketing and key emerging platforms and technologies to support marketing efforts.
- Thorough understanding of relationship marketing and customer activation including knowledge of customer segments, needs, channel usage and preferences.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, including ability to manage cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Manage and control promotional budget to maximize project objectives.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and French
Experience required:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in digital marketing, including platform launches and digital asset management.
