Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to join our team at MODERNSPEAK. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the social media accounts for our company and our clients.

From tracking and gathering insights from social accounts to interacting with other/relevant accounts in the industry.

The successful candidate will be familiar with the tourism and hospitality industry, social media trends, content creation, copywriting, and strategies for growing social media accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and reshare content from influencers on social
  • Build captions for posts (based on client requests/info/offerings news/packages/etc.)
  • Refresh and manage connections in Later
  • Make edits to content calendars based on client feedback
  • Monitor content calendars to ensure posts are going out correctly
  • Post stories on social channels
  • Track and respond to DMs
  • Respond to likes and comments on posts
  • Address negative comments
  • Interact with other/relevant accounts in the industry
  • Track and gather insights from social accounts at the end of every month
  • Manage content storing
  • Utilize AI and automation experience to streamline social media management

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in social media management
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms
  • Ability to create engaging captions and posts
  • Experience with Later or similar scheduling platforms
  • Ability to analyze and gather insights from social media data
  • Familiarity with AI and automation tools
  • A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and technologies
