Our organization is seeking a Computer and Network Technician to join our fast-growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving issues and creating solutions by troubleshooting hardware, software and connecting to networks and systems. This is the perfect opportunity for the successful candidate to become a part of an innovative and energetic team that develops their own tools which influence both our products and clients.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot problems with various computer systems.
• Integrate new computer hardware and software.
• Install, maintain and configure laptops, desktops, and servers.
• Proactively monitor computer systems for potential problems.
• Install and keep up with system upgrades.
• Utilize specialized computer tools to assist in diagnosing problems.
• Communicate clearly with clients to explain technical information.
• Answering the telephone in a professional, clear and courteous manner
• Assisting clients with technological needs both remotely and on-site at client location
• Office 365 / Microsoft 365
• VoIP Phones

Expectations:

• Given that we travel to our clients, you must have a reliable car with a valid Ontario G-Class Drivers License and clean driving record
• You must have a smartphone with data plan
• Work both independently and as a team
• Be a self starter and problem solver who functions well in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $42,000.00-$45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Vaughan, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

• AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
