Foundation Physiotherapy and Wellness is a group of modern health care clinics located throughout Toronto. We are looking to add a part-time client experience assistant at our Trinity Bellwoods Dundas West location. This is the ideal job for passionate and engaging service orientated candidates to work in a positive health care setting. The perfect opportunity for students!Position OverviewWe require enthusiastic individuals to regularly engage with clients, along with ensuring the clinic’s experience is kept at a high quality. The ideal candidate would have previous customer service experience in gym/fitness settings, retail, or catering/hospitality. The ideal candidate should be able to work Tuesdays and Saturdays (required).Responsibilities include:-High quality interactions with clients of the facility-Delivering client services such as inquiries, bookings, payments-Administrative tasks as assigned-Maintenance and upkeep of the facility-Understanding and selling related health care services and products-Preparing and implementing marketing events-Developing and delivering company promotions and onsite marketing events-Smiling, laughing and having a good time!

Expected salary

$18 – 20 per hour
