Ideal Roofing is a leading manufacturer of metal roofing and siding. The company is looking for a resourceful team member to join our IT Department to assist with various tasks such as installing equipment, maintaining Computer software, and providing level 1 support when needed.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Installing/supporting / maintaining/repairing: Workstations, Printers, Software, Cell phones, security, users
- Create tickets and escalate when required
- Office work and perform other duties / special projects as required.
Necessary Qualifications:
- Post education degree or certification or equivalent experience
- Fluently bilingual in French and English (Written and Spoken)
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent communication skills

- Experience in a similar occupation
