Xerox Digital Sales

Position: Bilingual Inbound Telesales Representative (Hybrid/Remote)

Location: Saint John, NB

This position is focused on maximizing inbound opportunities using Xerox sales management processes, telephony, sales automation software and digital technologies. This position must manage the inbound queue, call back customers, and generate and send leads to the field.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for converting inbound calls and web chats into service contract orders, field leads, equipment pipeline and sales.

  • Understand all inbound campaigns and strategies.

  • Responsible for revenue, profit and win rate.

  • Manage and collaboratively strategize complex sales cycles

  • Implement sales management process to achieve new business, product or segment objectives.

  • Develop an understanding of customers’ strategic business objectives

  • Develop and maintain a positive relationship with the field to ensure the creation of strategies for optimum coverage of overlaid accounts

  • Implement sales strategies / call prioritization to achieve business results

  • Proactively engage key decision-makers.

  • Identify quality equipment lead

  • Be fluent in the features, advantages and benefits of Xerox Solutions

  • Be able to resolve conflicts both internal and externally.

  • Maintain and update customer databases

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual (French- English)

  • Strong interpersonal, communication and customer relations skills / experience

  • Professional telephone manner

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work with attention to detail and accuracy

  • Demonstrated sales aptitude; assertive, persistent, good listener, self-motivated

  • General analytical and mathematical ability

  • Organized and effective time and activity management skills

  • Mature and self-confident with the ability to work under pressure

  • Excellent listening and probing skills

  • Excellent systems literacy knowledge (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook), and intranet/internet familiarity

  • Ability to work independently and with little supervision

  • Proven team player

  • Post-secondary education and/or equivalent experience in sales preferred

  • Previous call center experience recommended

  • Ability to work flexible hours and may be required to follow Canadian or US holiday schedule
