Position Details: Being responsible for planning IT services as well as Infrastructure maintenance. This position requires the availability to commute to the Toronto office as required. Reporting to the Director, Head of IT, the primary focus of the position is to perform IT planning such as budget management, purchasing, and getting approvals. The secondary focus of the position is to manger Infrastructures mainly network hardware equipment at the office, basic maintenance, and asset management, and also supporting the service desk agent’s workload for the L1/L2 level supports.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Budget management, Purchasing, Approvals
  • Supporting Helpdesk Agent
  • Infrastructure management
  • Support and participate in infrastructure projects as needed
  • Asset management
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Microsoft Office skills
  • Desktop hardware and software troubleshooting skills
  • IT infrastructure knowledge​​​​​​
  • Good understanding of ITIL principles
  • Experience working directly with IT vendors and IT development or infrastructure teams
  • Prior experience working in the automotive finance industry is an asset
  • Bachelor’s degree, college diploma or equivalent experience – Must have graduated within Canada
  • Proficient in supporting a wide range of desktop hardware and software technologies (Lenovo, Microsoft Surface Tablets, Microsoft Office.), smartphones devices (iPhone, Android), and telephones (Cisco call center)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent oral & written communication and presentation skills
  • Tact in addressing users’ concerns at all levels
  • New grads or recent grads are welcome
