We are looking for a highly motivated AI Research Analyst to join our R&D team and contribute to the development of innovative AI-driven solutions for various departments. This role focuses on exploring and representing uncertainty in emergent AI systems—a key step in improving the reliability, transparency, and trustworthiness of AI applications in real-world, high-stakes environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and evaluate software prototypes to explore and validate cutting-edge AI concepts.
  • Conduct literature reviews and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for AI innovation.
  • Translate research insights into practical recommendations with business and product impact.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect requirements and implement proof-of-concept solutions.
  • Apply statistical and computational models to address uncertainty and enhance AI decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelors in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related technical field.
  • Strong communication skills and experience working in interdisciplinary or team-based environments.
  • Solid understanding of statistics, computational probability, and AI/ML concepts.
  • Experience in rapid prototyping and building research-grade AI applications.
  • Hands-on proficiency with modern generative AI frameworks and tools (e.g., LangChain, HuggingFace, PyTorch, TensorFlow).
  • Background in uncertainty quantification, interpretability, or ethical AI is a strong asset.
