Who we need:

Our University is actively seeking an Admissions Advisor. The successful candidate is described as energetic, driven, and results oriented – with a track record of meeting sales targets and a penchant for inspiring growth in others. Admissions Advisors work both directly with students and with other university departments to ensure a smooth transition into university programs and courses.

What will you do:

– High volume calls to prospective students, answering questions related to admissions and programs and processing student applications.
– Meeting and exceeding established sales targets and weekly goals
– Listening, recognizing, and considering the needs of prospective students in order to provide them with educational solutions.
– Participating in all relevant marketing activities or recruiting events.
– Managing company generated leads and personally developed leads and encourage qualified students to enroll

What you bring:

– 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
– Outstanding telephone skills and demeanor
– Self-discipline and the ability to work independently or in a team in a fast-paced environment
– Excellent organizational skills, communication skills (written and oral) and attention to detail
– An entrepreneurial attitude towards individual performance
– Proficiency in using software such as Office 365/Microsoft tools
– Results and goal oriented
– Bachelor’s Degree preferred
