An essential element of the position shall be researching, designing and implementing instruments or platforms to assist PSP Canada updating the flowcharts and in relation to HR, Procurement and finances monitoring on SharePoint websites. 
The incumbent shall be accountable for updating Asset administration tracker and workplace recording.

Duties and Duties: 

• Help in updating SharePoint pages
• Often updating and bettering the PSP Canada SharePoint website 
• Coverage updates on native SharePoint PSP Canada 
• Help in offering materials wanted from workplace to help operation PSP Americas within the area when wanted 
• Help provider correspondences and studies 
• Help in workplace procurement 
• Accountable in sustaining month-to-month stock, and within the distribution of stationery provides as properly and to help in sending/receiving mail and couriers. 
• Help in digitalizing administrative/finance paperwork 
• Asset administration replace and Barcoding workplace tools 
• Help in HR/admin duties (attendance file, journey preparations, quotes, and so on.) 
• Coverage analysis throughout the UNHCR 
• Carry out different associated duties as required 

{Qualifications} and Expertise:

• College diploma in progress or accomplished throughout the final 24 months 
• Expertise in Administrative works is an asset 
• Expertise in SharePoint is an asset 
• Wonderful communications expertise 
• Have good expertise utilizing the Microsoft Workplace suite (Outlook, Phrase, Excel, and PowerPoint) 
• Wonderful organizing expertise and good consideration to particulars. 
• Have the ability to multi-task and prioritizing workload 
• Eligible to work in Canada (work allow – Canadian residents- Canadian Residents)
