About UsWe’re an e-commerce holding company seeking a detail-oriented bookkeeper to help maintain our financial records and ensure accurate reporting. We own a marketing agency, and 2 small ecommerce brands. This is a part-time remote position requiring approximately 5 hours per week. We are hiring anywhere in Canada (remote job)Core Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping operations in QuickBooks Online
• Reconcile transactions from multiple e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon)
• Ensure accurate categorization of income and expenses
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements monthly
• Monitor and record payable and receivable accounts
• Assist with monthly financial reporting
• Maintain organized documentation for all transactions

Required Experience & Skills

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online
• Demonstrated experience with e-commerce bookkeeping
• Familiarity with Shopify and Amazon seller platforms
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Basic understanding of Canadian accounting principles

Nice to Have

• Experience with additional e-commerce platforms
• Knowledge of inventory accounting
• Familiarity with e-commerce payment processors
• Experience with automated bookkeeping tools
