Summary
The Bell Media program, which is part of Bell’s Graduate Leadership program, offers an unparalleled introductory experience to the world of media. Our Bell Media Grads will have the opportunity to learn on the job in all areas of media production, including news, entertainment, radio, and sports, while gaining a better understanding of programming, digital media, sales, strategic insights and marketing services. How the Program Works:
The Bell Media Graduate Leadership Program is built on the four pillars of media: Make, Market, Monetize and Measure. You will have the opportunity to experience different facets of media over the course of 24 to 30 months. You will rotate through TV and radio programming and production, marketing and digital media departments, our media and advertising sales teams, as well as our revenue management and strategic insights teams. This program will help you develop a strong knowledge of all aspects of Bell Media and will give you experience to become the next generation of leaders at Bell Media.

Elaborate multi-Platform content strategies
Analyze content performance and its impact on our business
Assisting with the end-to-end sales processes
Evaluating our performance and generating ideas so that we remain Canada’s #1 media company

Required Competencies:
A degree (college or university) in Media, Radio, and Television Arts or Journalism, Business Media Management or similar
Demonstrated success managing multiple projects and priorities
Proven understanding and passion for media programming as well as entertainment, sports, news, radio, and pop culture content
Able to generate innovative ideas that lead vs. follow
Incredible copy writing, script vetting, and verbal communication skills
Ability to thrive in leading and executing multiple projects at once in an environment that is fast-paced and demands trend-setting creativity, as well as the ability to execute against challenging timelines
Must be self-motivated, able to multi-task, and work well with others
Extremely savvy in social media
Bilingualism required: As part of the job, this person will be required to produce documents in French & English.
