Location: Guelph, ON

Compensation: Base salary + Bonus (% of gross profits jobsincanada.one $8,000–$10,000/year target)

Travel: Limited – Trade shows & industry events within Canada (expenses covered)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through research and proactive outreach.
  • Manage customer relationships by providing quotes, processing orders, and delivering customized solutions.
  • Track leads and opportunities using Cameron Instruments CRM system.
  • Deliver onsite demonstrations and schedule sales visits to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups to close sales and build long-term client partnerships.
  • Collaborate with manufacturers and internal teams to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
  • Provide insight to the Sales & Marketing team on trends, customer feedback, and potential product innovations.
  • Attend Canadian industry trade shows and conferences to network and identify new business opportunities.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of successful B2B technology sales experience in Canadian markets.
  • Prior experience in metrology, instrumentation, or technical sales preferred.
  • Strong phone, email, and presentation skills; French language an asset.
  • Proactive self-starter with strong organizational skills and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with customers.
  • Sales-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Comfortable with CRM tools and maintaining accurate sales records.
  • Valid driver’s license and passport required for occasional travel in Canada and internationally.
