Your role:
As an active member of the TELUS International, you will be in a heart of major TELUS transformation program supporting it as an IT Operations Manager.
An IT Operations Manager oversees and directs the day-to-day activities of an organization’s information technology (IT) department, ensuring that systems, services, and infrastructure work reliably and securely. IT operations managers lead teams that develop and implement networks and servers, respond to user help desk requests, and monitor system stability and performance.
Required Skills:
- +7 experience as IT Operations Manager
- +7 years of experience in Desktop Support
- Leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Outstanding communication skills
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Accountable
- Enthusiastic/engaged
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with system installation, configuration and analysis
- Enterprise Experience
- Knowledge of IT and telco trends
Studies & Experience:
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, IT or relevant field
