Role OverviewAn excellent opportunity exists to join our dynamic growing company as a Pricing Coordinator on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing all supporting documents arriving from fund accountants for accuracy, entering prices provided into system on a timely basis and with a high degree of accuracy, ensuring the distribution of pricing information to various parties, and providing back-up support for the team.Role Responsibilities

  • Ability to work Monday to Friday 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
  • Must be flexible to work on Canadian and US Holidays
  • Must be flexible to work more hours during peak accounting cycles such as Month-end, Quarter-end and Year-end
  • Review all supporting documents from fund accounting to ensure accuracy and precision
  • Data entry – entering prices into system in a timely manner
  • Ensure the distribution of pricing data is distributed accordingly
  • Provide back up support accordingly

Minimum Qualifications

  • Ability to work Monday to Friday 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Must be flexible to work on holidays and overtime
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of the mutual fund industry and the administrative back-office
  • Relationship builder – constructs, maintains, nourishes relationships with all stakeholders and creates an environment to sustain high motivation within team
  • Ability to multi-task – adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, and ongoing change
  • Takes a logical approach to analyzing problems. Systematically researches information and explores alternatives to solve problems
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Prioritization – ability to organize workflow in order to accomplish multiple and changing priorities within specified timeframes
  • Proactive in acquiring information to develop new skills to improve job performance. Grasps new material quickly and easily, and applies new information, concepts and procedures in a constructive manner

Important Requirements:

  • Experience with MS Office applications. Strong knowledge of MS Excel
