Boutique Catering Company – Toronto, ONWe are a high-end catering company serving prominent industry clients and are seeking a part-time Accountant/Bookkeeper to join our team 1–2 days per week. This is an on-site role ideal for an experienced financial professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment. Proficiency in QuickBooks is essential.Key ResponsibilitiesFull-cycle bookkeeping using QuickBooksAccounts payable and accounts receivable managementPayroll processing and remittancesHST preparation and filingsMonthly credit card reconciliationsMaintain and reconcile the general ledgerJob costing and expense tracking by eventMonthly financial reporting for managementPetty cash managementOccasional filing and general office dutiesAssist management with financial tasks as neededQualificationsDegree or diploma in accounting, finance, or business administration2–3 years of hands-on bookkeeping experienceStrong understanding of general accounting principlesProficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft ExcelComfortable working on Mac OSDetail-oriented, organized, and highly reliableSelf-managed with strong follow-throughProfessional demeanor and clear communication skillsThis is a great opportunity for someone looking for a flexible schedule with consistent, long-term work in a dynamic and respected company.Job Posted by ApplicantPro
