Seeking an experienced, trustworthy, detail-oriented, and self-directed housekeeper with a passion for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and care who can manage all aspects of keeping a large 4-storey, 5+bedroom, 9-bathroom home tidy and organized. Looking for 20-25 hours per week, across either 3 or 4 days per week. Responsibilities include regular cleaning of the entire home (dusting, vacuuming, wash floors, clean bathrooms, kitchen, laundry, change beds, ironing, etc.), as well as other occasional and seasonal tasks. Cleaning schedules would be provided however we are seeking someone who will take initiative and keep an eye out for other areas that require attention. Duties also include liaising with tradespeople and directing them to the appropriate work areas, and receiving packages when signatures are required. Occasional availability for serving/clean-up at family functions and while entertaining would be requested. Other local errands as required (e.g. dry cleaning drop-off/pickup; light grocery shopping; etc.) We are a family of 4, two adults full-time in the home, and two university-age kids who live part time at home and part time at school (no childcare duties required). No pets, non-smoking family.
