Data Integration Lead

Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Python & SQL Developer with experience in VBA macros, scripting, and a strong understanding of accounting and finance concepts, particularly 14A regulatory reporting. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain data-driven solutions to support financial reporting and automation initiatives. Key Responsibilities: • Develop, optimize, and maintain Python scripts and SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting. • Automate manual processes using VBA macros, VBScript, and other scripting languages. • Support and enhance 14A regulatory reporting processes, ensuring data accuracy and compliance. • Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to understand requirements and deliver robust solutions. • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing code and workflows. • Document technical solutions, processes, and best practices. Required Skills: • Proficiency in Python programming for data processing and automation. Pandas and data frame • Strong SQL skills (writing complex queries, stored procedures, performance tuning). • Experience with VBA macros, VBA code, and VBScript for Excel and other MS Office applications. • Understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting, especially 14A reporting. • Experience with scripting and automation in a financial environment. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
