Prep Lead/Supervisor

Guaranteed $23-$27 an hour as your starting wage!

$19-$23 an hour plus a GUARANTEED minimum tipshare of $4 an hour in tips = $23-$27 an hour starting compensation!

What you’ll do:

• Follow recipes with care and focus on creating large batch sauces, dressings, marinades etc

• Use your creativity to make mouth-watering weekly rotating soups

• Work closely with the Kitchen Manager to create enticing weekly food features

• Lead your TeeM of Prep Cooks and put together balanced lists of daily tasks

• Work alongside the Kitchen Manager to manage inventory and ordering

• Train and engage new employees

• Promote MeeT’s culture of compassion, inclusivity, and fun with enthusiasm and pride.

Who we’re looking for:

• Resourceful and well-organized with a sense of urgency

• Has an attention to detail and ability to follow recipes

• Looks to help everyone around them grow

• Works effectively independently and in a team environment

• Able to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing

• Strong interpersonal and troubleshooting skills

• Remains calm, maintains perspective, and responds in a professional manner when faced with tough situations

• Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds

• Able to stand for up to 10 hours

• Minimum 2 years kitchen prep experience

• 1-year kitchen leadership experience
