-Monitoring mailbox inquiries and sending them to the appropriate staff
-Building PowerPoint presentations
-providing administrative support to ensure the smooth execution of fundraising events.
-Setting up meetings
-Sending invoices
-Other duties as assignedQualifications
– Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask with competing and changing priorities.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Canva and Adobe Acrobat Pro
– Experience with Databases required. Raiser’s Edge, CrowdChange and Duda is an advantage.
– Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
– French language skills are an assetSummary
