About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Manager of Customer Success & Strategy, the Education Services Specialist will play a key role in shaping myBlueprint’s educational impact by driving adoption, fostering relationships, and creating resources that empower educators and students alike. You’ll lend your expertise to develop and deliver training programs, webinars, and professional development initiatives that elevate the customer experience. From collaborating on curriculum-aligned resources to managing high-visibility events and partnerships, this role is both strategic and hands-on. What you will do:

Plan, organize, and deliver engaging training sessions and webinars, both online and in person, tailored to educator needs and district goals to drive product adoption and improve pedagogical practices

Develop high-quality, curriculum-aligned resources in various formats, such as videos, newsletters, and one-pagers, ensuring alignment with provincial/state mandates and myBlueprint standards (e.g., lesson plans, user guides, slide-decks, monthly newsletters, blog posts, instructional videos, on-demand webinars, etc.)

Represent myBlueprint at educational conferences and professional events by delivering presentations, running booths, and fostering community engagement while reporting takeaways to cross-functional teams

Collaborate cross-functionally to create and execute newsletters, promotional content, and video campaigns that enhance partner communication and resource visibility

Work closely with Customer Success Specialists and Managers to develop strategies for increasing product engagement and adoption through training, webinars, and proactive outreach

Contribute to the design and implementation of initiatives aligned with regional educational mandates, including training resources and collaborative partnerships that promote career education

Establish partnerships, lead value-add webinars, and collaborate on impactful initiatives to position myBlueprint as an innovator in education and career development services

Collaborate to develop and execute a social media plan on a variety of channels

Maintain process adherence, ensure data accuracy, and contribute to process improvements across training, resource creation, and data management to support organizational efficiency

Gather and share partner feedback with internal teams to improve customer experience and shape the development of our products
What an ideal candidate will have:

Experience working with K-12 educators or in an educational technology environment
-
At least 2 years of experience in education, teaching, or a related field, with a strong understanding of curriculum design and pedagogy

Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to deliver impactful training sessions both in-person and online
-
Proven experience creating engaging and professional educational resources, including videos, lesson plans, and newsletters
-
Strong collaboration skills, with a history of working cross-functionally to achieve team goals and improve customer outcomes
-
Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities, from event planning to webinar execution, with attention to detail
-
A passion for career education and a commitment to improving learning experiences for students and educators
-
Proficiency with AI tools and technologies
Bonus points for:

Familiarity with provincial/state curriculum standards and mandates, particularly in career education or student success planning

Bilingual proficiency in English and French

Knowledge of webinar and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Zoho Campaigns, video editing software)

Prior experience representing organizations at conferences, delivering presentations, or collaborating on thought leadership initiatives

Our Hiring Process
