Description:
As a Pharmacist I, you will be responsible for the safe, effective and efficient preparation and distribution of pharmaceutical services. You will manage medication therapy for patients, both initially and on an ongoing basis. In addition, you will provide assessment, intervention and resolution of potential or actual drug-related problems and oversee activities related to compounding and packaging.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy. Active or eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Pharmacy (ACP).
Additional Required Qualifications:
Active Additional Prescribing Authorization (APA). Newly ACP-licensed pharmacists will have up to 1 year to achieve APA.
Preferred Qualifications:
Recent (within last year) Inpatient Pharmacist Connect Care practical experience. Successful completion of an accredited hospital pharmacy residency program. Recent (at least 1 year in the last three years) integrated clinical pharmacist patient care experience within an Addiction and Mental Health Program.
