Role Overview: As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with customers, assisting them in finding the right products, and ensuring they leave with a smile. • Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, assess their needs, and provide personalized recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our products, promotions, and policies to effectively assist customers and drive sales.
• Sales Support: Process transactions accurately, handle cash and credit payments, and maintain the sales floor’s organization and cleanliness.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and create a positive shopping environment.
• Inventory Management: Assist with restocking shelves, managing inventory levels, and conducting merchandise displays to highlight promotions.
• Customer Feedback: Listen to customer feedback and concerns, providing insights to management to improve the overall customer experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent; previous retail or sales experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Strong sales skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Basic math skills for processing transactions.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
