This position requires a presence at our office located in St-Laurent, Montreal, two days a week, on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

The Associate, Quality Services is responsible for receiving and logging general inbox inquires, change controls, deviations and/or complaints. This person is responsible to ensure GMP documents are properly and accurately filed and is responsible to follow-up with suppliers and internal stakeholders for obtaining clarifications and timely completion of the items. This person is responsible to review GMP documents, when applicable and escalate potential issues to Management.

Job Description

Associate, Quality Services (15 months contract)

  • Prepare documentation such as change controls, deviations, CAPAs and complaints.
  • Follow up with suppliers for documentation requests.
  • Ensure that GMP documents are properly filed for accurate record keeping purposes in the enterprise document management system.
  • Support GMP documentation requirements.
  • Review GMP documents.
  • Support the quality management system by initiating or providing assessments.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in sciences with 3 years’ experience or DEC with minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in a quality-related role.
  • Experience in a GXP environment within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Documentation Practice (GDP) principles, theories and concepts, terminology, concepts, regulations and GXP/ISO industry standards.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers, earning their trust and respect and ensuring that service levels are maintained, as well as ensuring GMP compliance and adherence to established procedures.
  • Ability to communicate effectively using a variety of styles to ensure service levels are maintained.
  • Ability to plan, prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous tasks and complete them within agreed deadlines.
  • Bilingual (French and English) with good oral and written communication skills.
